Payment

Your order will be processed when your payment clears.

All payments must be made via PayPal, if you do not have a PayPal account you can pay using credit or debit cards through paypal
SPECIAL OFFERS: I occasionally offer special offers and discounts which are given with codes. To receive the discount the buyer MUST enter the code at checkout. I cannot refund the discount after the purchase is made. If you need any assistance with coupon codes, please message me BEFORE you submit your order.

Returns

We accept returns of quilts and cushions in their original condition within 14 days from the date you receive your purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition and its original packaging, otherwise a refund cannot be given. No refund will be issued if the item is returned damaged. Please also ensure safe transit by wrapping it in the original delivery box or one of equivalent quality.
Within 30 days after we have received and inspected the returned item, we will make a full price refund in your PayPal account. Keep in mind that you will be responsible for the return postage costs of items you wish to send back to us.

When returning an item from outside UK, it is important that you tick the box on the Customs label on the envelope that this is a RETURN. Returned items don’t need to pay Customs fees.

Postage

We ship WORLDWIDE and our orders are dispatched with Priority Shipping to make sure they arrive quickly to your home. Please allow 3-8 working days for orders within Europe and 4-10 working days for major cities outside Europe.

Items will be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds and I aim to send items within 1-3 working days. If you require special delivery or courier please let me know and I will confirm the additional charges. Internationally items will be shipped by the most economical means available but all will be sent tracked and to be signed for.

Keep in mind that your order may be subject to import duties, custom tariffs or VAT charges. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
If you wish to purchase more than one item, I am happy to combine shipping where possible.

Delayed and Lost Post

If an item is delayed or lost in the post please let me know. I must ask you to wait a day for the delivery depending on the delivery time estimated. If the item does not arrive within the estimated delivery and is considered to be lost by Royal Mail or the designated Courier I will refund you the cost of the item but not the postage or shipping costs unless I am able to make a successful claim for these, in which case you will be fully reimbursed.
